- Attapeuprovince covers an area of 10,032 square kilometers and consists of 5 districts, and all 5 districts are affected by unexploded ordnance: Samakkhixay, Sanamxay, Sanxay, Saysettha and Phouvong districts.
- UXO Lao Provincial Office in Attapeu was established in January 1998.
- UXO Lao Attapeu currently has a total of 184 personnel (53 women), including 24 office staff and 160 field staff.
